Our malted barley is sourced both in Ireland and the UK, The hops used are sourced in Germany, Czech rep., England and the US.
Our Lager yeast has its origins in Denmark, Our Ale yeast has its origins in the USA and our Wheat beer yeast hails from the distinguished Wheinstephaner brewery in bavaria.
No chemical additives, preservatives or finings are used in the production of our products which make them suitable for vegetarians. Our products are not pastuerized or microfiltered, so they retain that brewery fresh flavour and condition.
